For W2 Wage Earners

2 paycheck stubs for all listed borrowers, preferably within the past 30 days.
2002 and 2003 W-2’s for all listed borrowers.
2002 and 2003 Federal Income Tax Returns (1040’s) for all listed borrowers. If an extension has been filed for 2003, then provide 2001 and 2002 1040’s. DO NOT provide any California State Returns (540’s).
2 recent monthly Bank Statements for savings and checking, 401K I.R.A.’s, C.D.’s and all Investment Accounts.
Copy of California Driver’s License or I.D. Card for all listed borrowers.
Copy of Social Security Card.
Name and Phone number of Fire Insurance Company.
Rental Agreements for all income property rents listed on schedule of Real Estate.
Supporting Documents for any other sources of income including Social Security, Alimony or Child Support (Final Divorce Decree), Pension Award Letter, and Final Bankruptcy with discharge.

For Self-Employed Wage Earners

Name and Phone number of Fire Insurance Company.
